Ones again Mr. Shashi Tharoor published a column in Sunday Times, in favor of M.F. Hussain. I don’t know what connection or agreement he has with Mr Hussain, but he is not only doing an unusual favor of Mr Hussain, but also justifying the nude paintings of Hindu god and goddesses.

I want to let you know my friends, a partial collection of what M.F. Hussain painted, can be seen here : http://protestnudebharatmatha.blogspot.com . These are only few pictures, many are so vulgar and obscene and can not be published.

I written replies of all his last 3 articles on MF Hussain. And now going to reply his 4th article. I did not published my replies to my blog or anywhere, because I thought, those emails/replies should certainly change Shashi’s views and he will stop hurting millions of Indians. …Also why to write bad or negative about someone publicly.

.. but he doesn’t changed…. nothing changed …. I believe he got tons of replies from all around world but still he is going on same way and justifying insult of Indian and Hindu symbols. Even encouraging !!! .. So I decided to publish answers of all his articles. … but I have to recollect all old articles and replies. As soon as I get time .. I will publish here.

Well, this time I agree with him on title. And I want to paint Shashi Tharoor’s mother nude, or something better ?? having sex with his father in a garden and Mr Shashi Tharoor watching it, similar to M.F. Hussian’s “Ramayana” Painting ?? Obviously I will be a just painter … without any obscenity.

जहाँ एक ओर इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (आईपीएल) क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता सेमीफ़ाइनल के दौर में प्रवेश कर रही है लेकिन पर्दे के पीछे से मिल रही जानकारी से संकेत मिल रहे हैं कि संभव है कि इस प्रतियोगिता के ‘तीन साल चलने में भी ख़ासी दिक्कतें आएँ.’

ये इस सब के बावजूद कि ये प्रतियोगिता लोगों में काफ़ी लोकप्रिय साबित हुई है – क्रिकेट के मैदान में भी और टीवी पर भी.

ये कहना है निराश हुए आईपीएल टीम के एक मालिक का.

हो सकता है कि उनकी टीम एक जून को होने वाले फ़ाइनल में ट्रॉफ़ी भी जीत सकती है. ट्रॉफ़ी न जीते तो पहली चार टीमों में तो उसकी गिनती होगी ही.

उनकी निराशा का कारण बहुत सरल है – खिलाड़ियों के वेतन और खिलाड़ियों की दूसरी टीम में ट्रांसफ़र के जो नियम हैं, उनके तहत अगले दो सीज़न में स्थिति के बेहतर होने के आसार कम ही हैं.

यदि रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बंगलौर और उसके मालिक विजय माल्या अपने ‘कुछ टेस्ट खिलाड़ियों’ को अगले सीज़न में छोड़ने का मन बनाए तो ऐसा तभी संभव होगा यदि ये खिलाड़ी ख़ुद टीम से अलग हो जाएँ.

एक अधिकारी ने नाम सार्वजनिक न करने की शर्त पर बात करते हुए बताया, “यदि ऐसा होता भी है तब भी वह माल्या की जेब ख़ासी हल्की कर देगा. ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि अनुबंध के अनुसार फ्रेंचाइज़ी के लिए खिलाड़ियों को तीन साल का वेतन देना अनिवार्य है. इसके साथ ही नियमों के तहत जब कोई खिलाड़ी एक फ़्रेंचाइज़ी से दूसरे फ़्रेंचाइज़ी से पास जाता है तो उस हर ट्रांसफ़र के लिए आईपीएल को 25 प्रतिशत कमिशन देना होता है. ये कुछ ऐसी दिक्कतें हैं जिनका समाधान आईपीएल और भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड को करना चाहिए.”

इन सब समस्याओं के साथ जुड़ी है समस्या बड़े खिलाड़ियों के वेतन की – जिन्हें आईपीएल के नियमों के अनुसार टीम के सबसे ज़्यादा वेतन पाने वाले खिलाड़ी से 15 प्रतिशत ज़्यादा वेतन देने का प्रावधान है.

दिल्ली डेयर डेविल्स के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का कहना है, “बोली से पहले जिस फ़्रेंचाइज़ी के पास बड़े खिलाड़ी थे वो ख़ुश थे कि उनके पास नेतृत्व करने वाले खिलाड़ी हैं. लेकिन जल्द ही टीम के मालिक इस असलियत से अवगत हुए बड़े खिलाड़ियों को बड़ी धन-राशि भी देनी पड़ेगी. कुछ खिलाड़ी तो प्रतियोगित शुरु होने के बाद ‘नॉन पर्फ़ॉर्मिंग एसेट्स’ यानी ऐसे सितारे बन गए जिनसे प्रदर्शन की उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती. केवल वीरेंदर सहवाग ने अपने बड़े खिलाड़ी होने के टैग पर ख़रे उतरे हैं. युवराज और सचिन ने भी उम्मीद के मुताबिक प्रदर्शन नहीं किया. जो अन्य तीन बड़े खिलाड़ी हैं वो भाग्यशाली होंगे यदि अगला सीज़न भी खेल पाएँ.”

करोड़ों का ख़र्च

यदि एक आकलन किया जाए कि मालिकों को कितना पैसा ख़र्च करना पड़ रहा है तो इन टीमों की कीमत पर ही नज़र डाल लीजिए – मुंबई – 11.19 करोड़ डॉलर, बंगलौर – 11.16 करोड़ डॉलर, हैदराबाद – 10.7 करोड़ डॉलर, चेन्नई – 9.1 करोड़ डॉलर, दिल्ली – 8.4 करोड़ डॉलर, कोलकाता – 7.59 करोड़ डॉलर, मोहाली – 7.5 करोड़ डॉलर और जयपुर – 6.7 करोड़ डॉलर.

अब इन टीमों ने खिलाड़ियों को ‘ख़रीदने’ पर भी पैसा लगाया है जहाँ बड़े खिलाड़ियों को टीम में शामिल किया गया वहाँ 15 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त धन-राशि भी देनी पड़ी.


	आईपीएल की टीमों के लिए बड़ी बोलियाँ लगाई गई हैं

ये तो केवल टीम बनाने और खिलाड़ियों को टीम में शामिल करने की बात थी. मुंबई या बंगलौर जैसी टीम को इसके बाद जो ‘ओवरहेड’ या अन्य ख़र्चे करने पड़े हैं उनके कारण इन टीमों ने 15 करोड़ डॉलर के आसपास ख़र्च किया होगा.

पहले जो बिज़नेस मॉडल सोचा गया था, उसके तहत कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स जैसी टीम ने सोचा था कि ईडन गार्डन में औसत 850 रुपए की क़ीमत पर 70 प्रतिशत टिकटों को बेच देगा. लेकिन एक हफ़्ते के भीतर इस क़ीमत को आधा करना पड़ा. इससे निश्चित तौर पर इस टीम के मालिक रेड चिलीस एंटरटेनमेंट और शाहरुख़ ख़ान को तकलीफ़ तो हुई होगी. दिल्ली को भी 20 हज़ार मुफ़्त पास हर खेल के लिए देने पड़े और यही हाल मोहाली का भी रहा.

बीसीसीआई और टीम मालिक अपने दो अरब डॉलर के मुनाफ़े को अगले दस साल में बराबर में बाँटेंगे. इससे टीम मालिकों का आधा ख़र्च तो निकल ही आएगा, लेकिन जो बाक़ी का ख़र्च है, मालिक उसके बारे में चिंतित हैं.

सीमित विकल्प

पर अब सवाल यह उठता है कि उन टीमों के मालिकों के पास विकल्प क्या बचा है जिन्हें इसमें आर्थिक रूप से नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है.

इस पर दिल्ली के अधिकारी समझाते हैं, “यह इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि हर टीम का मालिक आईपीएल द्वारा निर्धारित मेहनताने के दायरे में रहते हुए कितना पैसा खर्च करने की मंशा रखता है. फिर इस दौरान कुछ लोगों की अदला-बदली भी होती दिख सकती है पर जो लोग अपनी टीमों में अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर सके हैं, वे दूसरी टीमों के मालिकों की पसंद नहीं होंगे.”


	विजय माल्या ने अपनी टीम से नाराज़गी को सार्वजनिक रुप से ज़ाहिर किया है

स्थितियाँ ख़ुशगवार नहीं दिखती क्योंकि आईपीएल अभी तक इन क्रिकेट टीमों के मालिकों के लिए एक अंधे कुँए जैसा साबित हुआ है और टीमों के प्रबंधन को इससे उबरने में ख़ासी मशक्कत करनी पड़ रही है.

सच तो यह है कि हर टीम मालिक माल्या या मुकेश अंबानी (मुंबई टीम के मालिक) की तरह मालदार नहीं है. यही वजह है कि ऐसे भी वाकये देखने को मिले जब किसी टीम (कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स) के खिलाड़ियों को घर भेज दिया गया या फिर किंग्स किंग्स इलेवन, पंजाब का वाकया जहाँ टीम को कम ख़र्चीले जगहों पर ठहराया गया.

बंगलौर के अधिकारी का कहना था, “ये अन्य टीमों के साथ भी हुआ होगा लेकिन इसका जिस तरह दुष्प्रचार हुआ उससे अन्य टीमों ने जिस किसी तरह से इस ख़र्च को बर्दाश्त कर लिया.”

इस अधिकारी को चारू शर्मा की घटना की भी जानकारी थी जिन्हें प्रतियोगिता के दो हफ़्ते के भीतर ही उनके पद से हटा दिया गया.

ये सब इसी बात का संकेत हैं कि आईपीएल का बुलबुला फटने ही वाला है – और ये बहुत हैरत की बात होगी कि जिस तरह से टीम मालिकों को ख़र्च झेलना पड़ रहा है उसके बाद प्रतियोगिता की लोकप्रियता के बावजूद ये तीन साल तक चल पाए.

इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में केवल बीसीसीआई ही धनी होकर निकलता नज़र आ रहा है जबकि फ़्रेंचाइज़ वालों को तो अपने निवेश का आंशिक ख़र्च वापस निकाल पाने में मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है.

समय ही बताएगा कि वे इस ख़र्च को कितनी देर झेल पाते हैं.

I know one thing, if computer and internet is available in Hindi (easily and broadly), my grandfather can also use and take advantage. I believe English is really making our progress very slow, more then 85% of Indian population can’t work in English and they are forced to do that. This is the reason government organizations are still not able to take benefit of technology. Simply, all police stations having deadly need of information network system but you will not find a computer in most of stations. The reason? Yes it’s in English and local policeman cant handle it.

Also I want to add some real facts here :
1. Hindi is worlds second largest language as primary language : ( http://www2.ignatius.edu/faculty/turner/worldlang.htm)

# Bengali (189 million)

2. China is not a single language country. It has too many flavors, so people in this forum stated that we have problem of because of multi-lingual country is totally illogical.

3. Development of country doesn’t comes with literature and words only, science, management, manufacturing, infrastructure is the part of country’s development and economic growth.

4. Why a illiterate farmer of USA is able to use internet/technology to sale there product ( or for many other things) ? because the system is in his mother tongue. Forget the computer, our farmers are not able to operate agricultural machineries without support.

5. Most offices(govt and many pvts) are still struggling and devoting most of time for learning language tools and actual work is getting delayed/pending. Only bank sector could stand up on this front, PF offices, hospitals, corporations, and many others having technology and network but its not fully utilized.

5. One more example, we have GPS system now available in India but in English only. How many of us (Indians) are using GPS now a days ? What do you think, truck and taxi drivers should first learn English ? GPS and tracking system is deadly need and govt is floating money like water, but its not worth because everything is in English and India’s most drivers don’t know English.

Recently, recovery agents of ICICI Bank allegedly beat a customer to death at Hyderabad, in order to recover a loan of just Rs 15000. <read full story>

ICICI is well known for such harassment and death cases from there recovery agents. ICICI bank is having highly qualified professionals for recovery. Yes, persons with with great crime records and index.

A bank never allow any external person when giving money or allotting loan to some one . Then how they can involve external GUNDAs, goons, criminals. Fault is on government level, every year many no of cases comes in news but still no action on banks and no low enforced by RBI or government agency to stop external criminal's role in the banks.

Let check just few of cases, :

In alleged but unsubstantiated incidence of suicide, a father while talking to Times of India, stated that "The ICICI Bank recovery agents visited his house and threatened his family. And his son Nikhil consumed poison because of the tension". But he has not registered any such complaint with the police. [more]

Oppressed by ICICI bank's loan recovery agents, Shakuntala Joshi (38), committed suicide by hanging herself. Suicide note stated that she was upset with the ill-treatment meted out by ICICI Bank recovery agents and had thus decided to end her life. Police officials believe that the overtly aggressive mode of ICICI Bank's recovery agents and consequent mental tension must have driven the woman to commit suicide. [more]

another case of a suicide it is alleged that ‘goondas’ sent by ICICI Bank abused Himanshu and his wife in front of the entire colony before taking away his vehicle. It was claimed that though Himanshu offered to pay the arrears, the bank officials insisted that he pay an amount of Rs 44,000 for release of the vehicle. Feeling frustrated and insulted, he reportedly committed suicide.[more]

Murthy, a scientist with the Hyderabad-based Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, was allegedly tortured by recovery agents of ICICI Bank after he defaulted on his loan.“They humiliated me no end. They ripped my shirt, shaved my moustache, cut my hair and gave electric shocks on my chest and even spat on my face" adds Murthy. [more]

A dozen recovery agents of ICICI bank, riding on bikes, allegedly forced a prominent lawyer, Someshwari Prasad, to stop his car while he was going to the high court. They held Prasad at gunpoint and also slapped him to to force him to pay a debt to ICICI. A manager of the ICICI branch, Rakesh Mehta, alongwith four other employees including the collection officer and the security guard, were arrested.[more]

A recovery agent allegedly working for ICICI Bank was injured in an exchange of gunfire with Lucknow police. Police said that the miscreants opened fire at the police, who returned fire. The agent, along with three others, was trying to escape after allegedly depriving a contractor, Jitendra Singh, of Rs 5500 in cash and a cheque of the ICICI Bank for non payment of EMIs. On confronted by Police they opened fire on Police.[more]

High Court had ordered registration of an FIR against ICICI Bank branch manager, President, Chairman and Managing Director on a complaint of 75-year-old widow Prakash Kaur. In her petition before the High Court, she had complained that “goondas” were sent by the bank to harass her and forcibly took away her truck. [more] [more]

In the same case, when the Supreme Court wanted to know about the procedure adopted by the banks, ICICI Bank counsel Mr. Rohatgi said notice would be sent to a defaulter asking him either to pay the instalments or hand over the vehicle purchased on loan, failing which the agents would be asked to seize it. When the Bench pointed out that recovery or seizure could be done only legally, ICICI bank counsel said, "If we have to go through the legal process it would be difficult to recover the installments as there are millions of defaulters". Taking strong exception to the ICICI Bank's use of 'goondas' against a defaulter to recover a two-wheeler financed by it, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (North) president K K Chopra said, "The fact leaves us aghast at the manner of functioning and goondaism in which the bank is involved for a petty amount of Rs 1,889... such attitude is deplorable and sends chills down the spine....The bank had the option to recover dues through legal means. They have no legal right to snatch the vehicle in such a manner which amounts to robbery,". In this case a borrower got an overdue payment notice from the bank giving him seven days' time to pay the outstanding amount. But just two days later, he was stopped while travelling on his scooter by four persons and was told to hand over the vehicle to them. They pointed a pistol at him when he tried to resist. ICICI bank later sold the vehicle. ICICI bank argued that they had taken peaceful possession of the vehicle "after due intimation to the complainant as he was irregular in remitting the monthly instalments". But the court found out that the records proved otherwise.[more]

The credit card division of the ICICI Bank allegedly threatened a senior citizen in Chandigarh with a fictitious arrest warrant to obtain a payment of Rs 14,300 on account of a default that never was. [more]

Delhi State Consumer Commission has asked ICICI Bank managing director K V Kamath to personally appear before it in respect a complaint alleging that the bank had employed musclemen for forcibly taking possession of a loaned car for which only last 3-4 installments remained unpaid. Borrower on protesting the forceful dispossession, as seen in the post-incident photographs, was roughened up and sustained the injuries.[more]

An 18-year-old boy who defaulted on a credit card payment was allegedly kidnapped and detained at the Pune branch of ICICI Bank for three hours before his father paid up.[more]

Be Aware of Phishing Scams !

If you use emails actively in your communication, you must have received various messages claiming to be from Ebay, Paypal and a number of banks. A recent email as if from U.S. Bank Corporation that I received contains the subject "U.S. Bank Fraud Verification Process" and in the body of the mail it says "We recently reviewed your account, and suspect that your U.S. Bank Internet Banking account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. Protecting the security of your account and of the U.S. Bank network is our primary concern. Therefore, as a preventative measure, we have temporarily limited access to sensitive account features. To restore your account access, please take the following steps to ensure that your account has not been compromised:". It continues with a link to a webpage, which looks very similar to original web page of the bank.

The misleading web site appears authentic with familiar graphics and logos. The wordings are professional right down to the legal disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

If you happened to be holding an account of the claimed bank, followed the instructions of the email and input your account, pin, password, etc. you are doomed. You just have handed over access to your account to a con artist, who, in a matter of days, will drain off all the money available in that account.

This new scam, which is proliferating in a very rapid pace, is called "Phishing". Phishing is a form of identity theft, where a con artist with the help of official looking email containing link to phony web pages capable of harvesting information, tricks an unsuspecting victim into divulging sensitive personal data. Scammers use these data to bilk victims out of their savings.

One of the most common phishing campaigns being waged has targeted users of Web auction giant eBay and its PayPal division with financial services giant Citibank serving as another popular target. However, recently, every major bank has been hit with this scam. Crooks send out huge amounts of emails with an expectation that some of these email address owners may have online access to their accounts at the bank.

The term "Phishing" is a deviation of the word "Fishing". In hackers' lexicon, in many words, "F" becomes "Ph". The term derives from the fact that scammers use sophisticated bait as they "fish" for users' personal information.

According to Gartner, a research firm, illegal access to checking accounts gained via phishing has become into the fastest growing type of consumer theft in the United States. Roughly 1.98 million people reported that their checking account was breached in one way or another during the last year and US$ 2.4 billion were defrauded from the victims!

Gartner also estimated that 57 million U.S. Internet users have received phishing emails and 3 percent of them may have fooled into revealing their personal sensitive information.

The Anti-Phishing Working Group has also spotted a dramatic increase in reports of phishing attacks in recent months. Since November, 2003 phishing scams increase by about 110 percent each month. In April alone, the group identified 1125 unique phishing scams, a sharp lift of 178 percent from the previous month.

MessageLabs, a company that watches phishing scams closely, has noted an even more dramatic increase in number of phishing emails. It claims to see phishing messages jump from just 279 in September, 2003 to a staggering 215,643 in March of 2004.

The scammers also started to use more sophisticated technologies in recent months. The latest generation of phishing scammers uses several methods to trick users, including pop-up graphics to mast the true web URL of the phishing site and the installation of Spywares and Trojans on victim's computer. The perpetrators also take advantage of security bugs in web browsers, in which the URL in the address bar appears to be for one site but is, in fact, a link to a totally different site.

A new Windows worm under the name "Korgo" is able to infiltrate into victim's system with a key logging Trojan, steal information that the victim input in web forms and secretly transmit to designated server. There are a number of variants of this worm and they are spreading rapidly. However, Microsoft in April came up with a patch to seal this glitch. Many computers without the patch are still vulnerable to this potentially dangerous worm.

A U.S. Treasury report provides consumers with steps to prevent and report phishing scams:

* Do not respond to or open any e-mail that warns that an account is about to be closed. Contact the company directly by phone and inquire of this e-mail.
* Do not submit financial information unless there is a symbol for a locked padlock on the browser's status bar. Also look for the https:// at the beginning of the Web address. If both of these signs are absent, the Web site is not secure.
* Always review your bank statement and credit card statements immediately upon receipt.
* Verify the domestic telephone number listed on the Web site through directory assistance or other reliable sources and call the number. Many phishing attacks have originated outside the U.S. and don't have a domestic number.
