Ones again Mr. Shashi Tharoor published a column in Sunday Times, in favor of M.F. Hussain. I don’t know what connection or agreement he has with Mr Hussain, but he is not only doing an unusual favor of Mr Hussain, but also justifying the nude paintings of Hindu god and goddesses.
I want to let you know my friends, a partial collection of what M.F. Hussain painted, can be seen here : http://protestnudebharatmatha.blogspot.com . These are only few pictures, many are so vulgar and obscene and can not be published.
I written replies of all his last 3 articles on MF Hussain. And now going to reply his 4th article. I did not published my replies to my blog or anywhere, because I thought, those emails/replies should certainly change Shashi’s views and he will stop hurting millions of Indians. …Also why to write bad or negative about someone publicly.

क्या आईपीएल का बुलबुला फटने वाला है?

ये इस सब के बावजूद कि ये प्रतियोगिता लोगों में काफ़ी लोकप्रिय साबित हुई है – क्रिकेट के मैदान में भी और टीवी पर भी.
ये कहना है निराश हुए आईपीएल टीम के एक मालिक का.
हो सकता है कि उनकी टीम एक जून को होने वाले फ़ाइनल में ट्रॉफ़ी भी जीत सकती है. ट्रॉफ़ी न जीते तो पहली चार टीमों में तो उसकी गिनती होगी ही.
उनकी निराशा का कारण बहुत सरल है – खिलाड़ियों के वेतन और खिलाड़ियों की दूसरी टीम में ट्रांसफ़र के जो नियम हैं, उनके तहत अगले दो सीज़न में स्थिति के बेहतर होने के आसार कम ही हैं.
यदि रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बंगलौर और उसके मालिक विजय माल्या अपने ‘कुछ टेस्ट खिलाड़ियों’ को अगले सीज़न में छोड़ने का मन बनाए तो ऐसा तभी संभव होगा यदि ये खिलाड़ी ख़ुद टीम से अलग हो जाएँ.
एक अधिकारी ने नाम सार्वजनिक न करने की शर्त पर बात करते हुए बताया, “यदि ऐसा होता भी है तब भी वह माल्या की जेब ख़ासी हल्की कर देगा. ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि अनुबंध के अनुसार फ्रेंचाइज़ी के लिए खिलाड़ियों को तीन साल का वेतन देना अनिवार्य है. इसके साथ ही नियमों के तहत जब कोई खिलाड़ी एक फ़्रेंचाइज़ी से दूसरे फ़्रेंचाइज़ी से पास जाता है तो उस हर ट्रांसफ़र के लिए आईपीएल को 25 प्रतिशत कमिशन देना होता है. ये कुछ ऐसी दिक्कतें हैं जिनका समाधान आईपीएल और भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड को करना चाहिए.”
इन सब समस्याओं के साथ जुड़ी है समस्या बड़े खिलाड़ियों के वेतन की – जिन्हें आईपीएल के नियमों के अनुसार टीम के सबसे ज़्यादा वेतन पाने वाले खिलाड़ी से 15 प्रतिशत ज़्यादा वेतन देने का प्रावधान है.
दिल्ली डेयर डेविल्स के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का कहना है, “बोली से पहले जिस फ़्रेंचाइज़ी के पास बड़े खिलाड़ी थे वो ख़ुश थे कि उनके पास नेतृत्व करने वाले खिलाड़ी हैं. लेकिन जल्द ही टीम के मालिक इस असलियत से अवगत हुए बड़े खिलाड़ियों को बड़ी धन-राशि भी देनी पड़ेगी. कुछ खिलाड़ी तो प्रतियोगित शुरु होने के बाद ‘नॉन पर्फ़ॉर्मिंग एसेट्स’ यानी ऐसे सितारे बन गए जिनसे प्रदर्शन की उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती. केवल वीरेंदर सहवाग ने अपने बड़े खिलाड़ी होने के टैग पर ख़रे उतरे हैं. युवराज और सचिन ने भी उम्मीद के मुताबिक प्रदर्शन नहीं किया. जो अन्य तीन बड़े खिलाड़ी हैं वो भाग्यशाली होंगे यदि अगला सीज़न भी खेल पाएँ.”
करोड़ों का ख़र्च
यदि एक आकलन किया जाए कि मालिकों को कितना पैसा ख़र्च करना पड़ रहा है तो इन टीमों की कीमत पर ही नज़र डाल लीजिए – मुंबई – 11.19 करोड़ डॉलर, बंगलौर – 11.16 करोड़ डॉलर, हैदराबाद – 10.7 करोड़ डॉलर, चेन्नई – 9.1 करोड़ डॉलर, दिल्ली – 8.4 करोड़ डॉलर, कोलकाता – 7.59 करोड़ डॉलर, मोहाली – 7.5 करोड़ डॉलर और जयपुर – 6.7 करोड़ डॉलर.
अब इन टीमों ने खिलाड़ियों को ‘ख़रीदने’ पर भी पैसा लगाया है जहाँ बड़े खिलाड़ियों को टीम में शामिल किया गया वहाँ 15 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त धन-राशि भी देनी पड़ी.

ये तो केवल टीम बनाने और खिलाड़ियों को टीम में शामिल करने की बात थी. मुंबई या बंगलौर जैसी टीम को इसके बाद जो ‘ओवरहेड’ या अन्य ख़र्चे करने पड़े हैं उनके कारण इन टीमों ने 15 करोड़ डॉलर के आसपास ख़र्च किया होगा.
पहले जो बिज़नेस मॉडल सोचा गया था, उसके तहत कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स जैसी टीम ने सोचा था कि ईडन गार्डन में औसत 850 रुपए की क़ीमत पर 70 प्रतिशत टिकटों को बेच देगा. लेकिन एक हफ़्ते के भीतर इस क़ीमत को आधा करना पड़ा. इससे निश्चित तौर पर इस टीम के मालिक रेड चिलीस एंटरटेनमेंट और शाहरुख़ ख़ान को तकलीफ़ तो हुई होगी. दिल्ली को भी 20 हज़ार मुफ़्त पास हर खेल के लिए देने पड़े और यही हाल मोहाली का भी रहा.
बीसीसीआई और टीम मालिक अपने दो अरब डॉलर के मुनाफ़े को अगले दस साल में बराबर में बाँटेंगे. इससे टीम मालिकों का आधा ख़र्च तो निकल ही आएगा, लेकिन जो बाक़ी का ख़र्च है, मालिक उसके बारे में चिंतित हैं.
सीमित विकल्प
पर अब सवाल यह उठता है कि उन टीमों के मालिकों के पास विकल्प क्या बचा है जिन्हें इसमें आर्थिक रूप से नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है.
इस पर दिल्ली के अधिकारी समझाते हैं, “यह इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि हर टीम का मालिक आईपीएल द्वारा निर्धारित मेहनताने के दायरे में रहते हुए कितना पैसा खर्च करने की मंशा रखता है. फिर इस दौरान कुछ लोगों की अदला-बदली भी होती दिख सकती है पर जो लोग अपनी टीमों में अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर सके हैं, वे दूसरी टीमों के मालिकों की पसंद नहीं होंगे.”

स्थितियाँ ख़ुशगवार नहीं दिखती क्योंकि आईपीएल अभी तक इन क्रिकेट टीमों के मालिकों के लिए एक अंधे कुँए जैसा साबित हुआ है और टीमों के प्रबंधन को इससे उबरने में ख़ासी मशक्कत करनी पड़ रही है.
सच तो यह है कि हर टीम मालिक माल्या या मुकेश अंबानी (मुंबई टीम के मालिक) की तरह मालदार नहीं है. यही वजह है कि ऐसे भी वाकये देखने को मिले जब किसी टीम (कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स) के खिलाड़ियों को घर भेज दिया गया या फिर किंग्स किंग्स इलेवन, पंजाब का वाकया जहाँ टीम को कम ख़र्चीले जगहों पर ठहराया गया.
बंगलौर के अधिकारी का कहना था, “ये अन्य टीमों के साथ भी हुआ होगा लेकिन इसका जिस तरह दुष्प्रचार हुआ उससे अन्य टीमों ने जिस किसी तरह से इस ख़र्च को बर्दाश्त कर लिया.”
इस अधिकारी को चारू शर्मा की घटना की भी जानकारी थी जिन्हें प्रतियोगिता के दो हफ़्ते के भीतर ही उनके पद से हटा दिया गया.
ये सब इसी बात का संकेत हैं कि आईपीएल का बुलबुला फटने ही वाला है – और ये बहुत हैरत की बात होगी कि जिस तरह से टीम मालिकों को ख़र्च झेलना पड़ रहा है उसके बाद प्रतियोगिता की लोकप्रियता के बावजूद ये तीन साल तक चल पाए.
इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में केवल बीसीसीआई ही धनी होकर निकलता नज़र आ रहा है जबकि फ़्रेंचाइज़ वालों को तो अपने निवेश का आंशिक ख़र्च वापस निकाल पाने में मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है.
समय ही बताएगा कि वे इस ख़र्च को कितनी देर झेल पाते हैं.

I know one thing, if computer and internet is available in Hindi (easily and broadly), my grandfather can also use and take advantage. I believe English is really making our progress very slow, more then 85% of Indian population can’t work in English and they are forced to do that. This is the reason government organizations are still not able to take benefit of technology. Simply, all police stations having deadly need of information network system but you will not find a computer in most of stations. The reason? Yes it’s in English and local policeman cant handle it.
Also I want to add some real facts here :
1. Hindi is worlds second largest language as primary language : ( http://www2.ignatius.edu

2. China is not a single language country. It has too many flavors, so people in this forum stated that we have problem of because of multi-lingual country is totally illogical.
3. Development of country doesn’t comes with literature and words only, science, management, manufacturing, infrastructure is the part of country’s development and economic growth.
4. Why a illiterate farmer of USA is able to use internet/technology to sale there product ( or for many other things) ? because the system is in his mother tongue. Forget the computer, our farmers are not able to operate agricultural machineries without support.
5. Most offices(govt and many pvts) are still struggling and devoting most of time for learning language tools and actual work is getting delayed/pending. Only bank sector could stand up on this front, PF offices, hospitals, corporations, and many others having technology and network but its not fully utilized.
5. One more example, we have GPS system now available in India but in English only. How many of us (Indians) are using GPS now a days ? What do you think, truck and taxi drivers should first learn English ? GPS and tracking system is deadly need and govt is floating money like water, but its not worth because everything is in English and India’s most drivers don’t know English.
